FLEXIBILITY

CALISTHENICS
Build a strong bodyweight foundation on the primary movements like the push-up, pull-up, dip and squat. Build further upon this by mastering skills like the handstand, handstand push-up, muscle-up, pistol squat and many more!

ANIMAL FLOW
Learn to move similar to that of animals like the bear, ape, cat, lizard and many more to improve the quality of your movement and build strength, mobility and endurance in all ranges of motion throughout your entire body.

ROPE FLOW
Enhance your body's locomotion to improve your posture and eliminate stiffness by moving through the natural rotations of the body to free up the spine and make you look and move more like an athlete!
FAQs
1. How long will it take for me to see results?
Results vary depending on your starting point, goals and effort given. If you are consistent and focused on putting in the work, you will make plenty of progress! The aim is to focus on long-term results that'll benefit you into your later life.
2. Do you offer injury-rehab focused coaching?
Yes of course! Training is all about being able to move effortlessly and be at 100%, so if you're being held back from a past injury we would make it a priority to rehab you and not only get you back to where you were, but also getting you moving better than ever.
3. Do I need any specific equipment?
The coaching is 100% tailored to you and the environment that you choose to workout in, so if you're working out from home with no equipment, the coaching will be tailored to just that. However, access to equipment like a pull-up bar, pair of rings, jump rope or even just one kettlebell will offer more variety and make your workouts more effective!
