1. Do you only train busy professionals?
Although I do mainly focus on busy professionals, I train people from all walks of life! Whether you're a student at Uni, a deckhand on a boat, or even an athlete who's looking to challenge themselves, I'm here to help!
2. Do I need any specific equipment?
The coaching is 100% tailored to you and the environment that you choose to workout in, so if you're working out from home with no equipment, the coaching will be tailored to just that. However, access to equipment like a pull-up bar, pair of rings, jump rope or even just one kettlebell will offer more variety and make your workouts more effective!
3. Do you offer injury-rehab focused coaching?
Yes of course! Training is all about being able to move effortlessly and be at 100%, so if you're being held back from a past injury we would make it a priority to rehab you and not only get you back to where you were, but also getting you moving better than ever.
4. Is online coaching as effective as in-person coaching?
Absolutely, online coaching is very effective and great when it comes to engraining healthy habits into your daily life, offers plenty of flexibility in your programs like if you wanted to train whilst on holiday, and you would get continuous support from me via messages and check-ins. Plus it eliminates the need for you having to travel for an in-person session!
5. Can I access all the online coaching content from my phone?
You can access all the content from the Everfit app, which you can find on your phone as well as on your laptop or tablet.
6. Is there a cancellation policy?
All online coaching is based on a monthly rolling contract and requires you to give 1 month's notice when it comes to a cancellation.
